Setup notes
- Open the DMG and drag VoxOver to your Applications folder, then launch it
- Built as a native macOS app — no Python, pip, or Gradio setup required
- If you see a security warning on first launch, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway
- Ollama backend: start Ollama, then pull a model from inside the app (e.g. qwen3:latest)
- DeepSeek / OpenAI / Anthropic: enter your API key in Settings — OpenAI supports custom Base URL
All tools are open source. View source on GitHub or run from source if you prefer not to use the pre-built DMG.
